Penny and I would like to thank all of our friends, family and co-workers for your unbelievable faith, thoughts and prayers over Elizabeth's 26 months of life. Without your kindness and generosity, we could not have made it through some of the most trying times a person could face.

     We would also like to thank all of the incredible doctors and nurses at the Hershey Medical Center. The NICU doctors, nurses and pediatric surgeons were wonderful in allowing our little angel the chance to live. They were able to not only help her through some amazingly rough times but they took care of us as well. They worked some major miracles for Elizabeth when she was born. The PICU doctors and nurses were also truly amazing in the last week of Elizabeth's life. Although Elizabeth lost her fight, the doctors and nurses never gave up fighting for her. The determination and caring were so evident in everything you did for her and for us.

     We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the various agencies that were involved with Elizabeth while she was at home. You all were wonderful and we can't thank you enough.

     Most of all we want to thank God for giving us the opportunity to enjoy such a beautiful little girl for 26 months. They were the most wonderful 2 years we could have ever asked for. We know that You are taking care of her now and she is playing and dancing with all of the other little angels.
